Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling down or striking nearby objects. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” while watching video games. StarCraft had (and still has) a lot of fun custom maps and missions. I hope they add a good enough mission editor (and perhaps an easy-to-use high level map editor, perhaps tile-based for more accessibility) to the PvE part of the game. The workshop is quite powerful but it obviously can’t compete with the lower level modding systems of some older games. I tried a few custom game modes that were fun. A more detailed low level modding system would be used by even less people. That feature is probably used only by a few players because most don’t have the skills, the time and the patience to master it. And it probably doesn’t generate any profit. I’m surprised that something like the workshop exists in the game considering the amount of work needed to add something like it. Their logic and reasoning is simple: what’s in it for them? Why would they invest in implementing a very detailed modding system instead spending those resources on something else that has higher potential to generate money in the future?
